Will I receive exactly the product I see in the picture?
Yes, we take great care to ensure that the product images correspond to the actual items. Minor deviations in color or details cannot be completely ruled out depending on your screen settings.
Where can I see my invoice?
You can find your invoice in your customer account under "Orders." We will also automatically send you the invoice via email once your order has been shipped.
How can I return an item?

Will out-of-stock items be back in stock?
Generally, yes. Many of our items are regularly reordered.
Where can I have my order shipped to?
We deliver within Germany. During the ordering process, you can select your preferred delivery address or a Packstation.
