WARRANTY SERVICE
All SolarFantasie balcony power plants come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty for the original owner, protecting against any manufacturing defects. (Please note: Free accessories are not covered by the warranty.)
WARRANTY PERIOD AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The warranty period for SolarFantasie products is based on the description on the product detail page. The warranty period always begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser. To determine the start date of the warranty period, a receipt or other reasonable proof of the original purchase by the consumer is required. Software support is provided throughout the lifetime/warranty of the device; software maintenance service is provided.
*With regard to warranty transfers, the warranty can only be claimed under these conditions:
The 2-year warranty period has not expired since the original owner received the product.
The new owner is in possession of the original purchaser's name and the original order number.
EXCHANGE
SolarFantasie will replace (at SolarFantasie's expense) any SolarFantasie product that fails to function due to defects in workmanship or materials during the applicable warranty period. A replacement product will assume the remaining warranty of the original product.
EXCLUSIONS
The SolarFantasie warranty does not apply to:
1) Misuse, abuse, modification, damage by accident, or use for purposes other than normal consumer use as authorized in SolarFantasie's current product literature.
2)Attempted repair by an unauthorized facility.
3)Any product purchased through an online auction site.
4)SolarFantasie's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days of purchasing the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.
CLAIMS PROCEDURE
- Warranty claims
All warranty claims must be submitted by email to [email protected] The claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. Before submitting a claim, please contact our support team, as there may be a simple solution to the problem.
Defective components such as inverters, solar panels, and batteries can be replaced under warranty. SolarFantasie will assist you in coordinating the return shipment with the carrier. Defective accessories generally do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.
Please note: SolarFantasie will not replace any components without first receiving photos or videos of the damage. The customer is required to provide this proof via email.
2. Complaints about shipping damage
In the rare event of shipping damage, please email photos or videos of the damage to [email protected]. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Credit card chargebacks
If your purchase is subject to a credit card chargeback while you still own the Balcony Power Station, this Limited Warranty will be void until the chargeback is resolved.
4. Return of components
SolarFantasie does not exchange
Components without first obtaining proof of damage (photos or videos). Shipping charges may apply for replacement.
