Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Return instructions
- Please send returns as insured parcel with tracking to the above address – not as a parcel. If an uninsured parcel is lost, you must prove that you handed the goods over to the carrier of your choice. Without proof, no refund or exchange is possible.
- Please enclose a copy of your invoice or a completed cancellation form with your package so that we can credit the return of your order and organize the return shipment accordingly.
- Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to adequately protect the goods from transport damage.
- Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components, if possible. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. When returning hazardous goods, please ensure that the original packaging still has the legally required shipping label.
- Please do not return any items to us. If you wish to return the shipment, please contact our customer service in advance so we can assist you with the return shipment and minimize your costs.
- Please note that points 1-5 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Return conditions
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier).
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.
